Founded by Patricia McLagan in 1968, McLagan International (MI) became one of the best known, most respected Human Resource consulting organizations in the world. McLagan Learning Systems, Inc. (MLS), a new corporation descended directly from MI, was founded in 1994 by a group of senior MI people to concentrate on the design and delivery of effective performance management and performance communication programs and workshops.

Neil has designed and delivered workshops and systems on a wide range of topics including problem-solving and decision-making, goal-setting, sales training, personal and career development, total quality management, team effectiveness, performance management and performance communication for organizations large and small, public and private, nationally and internationally. Neil's experience comprises several years of line and staff management responsibilities as well as extensive consulting experience on the subjects mentioned above.
