LINDA
SCHULER
Linda has over
ten years of experience in training management and administration
at Citigroup. She has served as a Training & Development Manager
and an Administrative Assistant for this leading financial services
company.
For the past
two years, Linda has worked as a Senior Associate with Maryellen
Lurie & Associates, Inc. Her responsibilities include desktop
publishing, word processing, client follow-up and Internet research.
In addition, she has developed a comprehensive meeting-management
process, which is currently used by Maryellen Lurie & Associates,
Inc. in the U.S. and Europe.
As a Credit
Training & Development Manager for Citigroup, Linda was responsible
for managing the design, development, and delivery of credit-training
initiatives to support business objectives and strategies for the
Credit Card Division. She achieved results by working with co-workers,
and external consultants, to identify and develop credit-training
solutions. She also provided support to credit trainers, across
the organization, on new and existing training courses including
updates, enhancements, clarification, and trainer certifications.
Most recently, she coordinated a credit-training program for over
80 Citigroup employees in New York.
As an Administrative
Assistant, in the Credit Card Division of Citigroup, she was responsible
for scheduling conferences/meetings; managing the invoice process;
preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations; coordinating schedules;
maintaining records, and supervising temporary help. She also assisted
with special assignments such as organizing the logistics for a
new business unit; providing basic training on various Microsoft
applications to department members; managing floor plans, and developing
a database to track project prioritization. While working for the
Retail Bank Division of Citigroup, Linda acted as a liaison between
the Retail Bank branch staff and the customer; developed and prepared
daily tracking forms for the Retail Bank branches; maintained vacation
schedules for 36 branches and assisted in the development of a branch-closing
process.
Linda has exceptional
organizational skills, strong interpersonal and verbal communication
skills, excellent project management skills, and is an enthusiastic
team player. She graduated from Adelphi University with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Management and Communications.
