GEORGE
MILTON
George Milton
is a Senior Associate with Maryellen Lurie & Associates, Inc.
(ML&A, Inc.). He specializes in developing and implementing
competency-based, technical training programs for manufacturing
facilities. His background includes certifications in areas such
as Diversity, Coaching, Instructional Systems Design, and Leadership.
With more than ten years in the training field, he has developed
programs for production equipment, Current Good Manufacturing Practices
(cGMP's), Waste Management, and Computer Training facilities.
George has held
various management positions with Merck & Co., Inc. culminating
in a Senior Trainer position with the organization's North America
training support group. In this position, he was responsible for:

providing
technical training services for Pharmaceutical Operations on
time and within budgetary guidelines |

facilitating
seminars on meeting management and networking as part of the
new hire orientation program |
| |
developing
core curriculums to increase individual and operational effectiveness
for Pharmaceutical Operations |

implementing
performance improvement strategies and measures. |
In addition
to being a certified facilitator for Productive & Respectful
Workplaces (PRW), George is also certified in Managing Personal
Growth, Helping Others Succeed, Fast Start, Instructional Design
Learning System (IDLS), Leadership Training for Supervisors, and
Managing Personnel Diversity.
As a volunteer,
he recently developed and implemented a six-week computer-training
program for The Allegheny West Foundation, a community development
corporation of Philadelphia, PA. George has also served as a training
officer in the United States Army.
George received
his B.A. degree in Psychology from The Citadel, Military College
of S.C. He is currently completing his M.Ed. in Instructional Systems
from Pennsylvania State University - Great Valley. George is a member
of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI)
and the Philadelphia Old City Civic Association.
