Maryellen
Lurie has more than 20 years of management and human resource
experience. Prior to establishing herself as an HRD consultant,
she held senior training and management positions with Blessing/White,
Gucci, Kelly Services, and Estée Lauder. Maryellen's background
enables her to effectively align training initiatives with
business strategies.
In 1993,
Maryellen founded the consulting firm, Maryellen Lurie & Associates,
Inc. (ML&A, Inc.). Today, ML&A, Inc. is an internationally
recognized company with a multi-industry, Fortune 1000 client
list. As the principal of ML&A, Inc, she heads a team of professionals
who provide a variety of services including consulting; executive
coaching; needs assessment; program design and development;
meeting management and facilitation; train-the-trainer workshops;
and training program implementation.

S. BERMAN
Deborah
S. Berman has over 20 years of experience in management and
organizational development, training and research. Prior to
establishing herself in 1993 as an independent training and
organizational development consultant, she held senior training
and management positions with a number of global organizations,
including Citibank and Automatic Data Processing, culminating
in a Vice Presidency with Lehman Brothers Corporate Human
Resources.

Milton is a Senior Associate with Maryellen Lurie & Associates,
Inc. (ML&A, Inc.). He specializes in developing and implementing
competency-based, technical training programs for manufacturing
facilities. His background includes certifications in areas
such as Diversity, Coaching, Instructional Systems Design,
and Leadership. With more than ten years in the training field,
he has developed programs for production equipment, Current
Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's), Waste Management, and
Computer Training facilities.

A. O'NEIL
Deb
O'Neil has 15 years experience in management, executive and
organizational development. Her most recent consulting practice
has focused on executive coaching, emotional intelligence,
women and leadership, respect in the workplace, and team-building.
Deb provides consulting services to a variety of organizations
in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. A sample
list of organizations with which she has worked includes Goldman

Sam

Linda
has over ten years of experience in training management and
administration at Citigroup. She has served as a Training
& Development Manager and an Administrative Assistant
for this leading financial services company.
For the
past two years, Linda has worked as a Senior Associate
with Maryellen Lurie & Associates, Inc. Her responsibilities
include desktop publishing, word processing, client follow-up
and Internet research. In addition, she has developed a comprehensive
meeting-management process, which is currently used by Maryellen
Lurie & Associates, Inc. in the U.S. and Europe.
