Partnered, for eight years, with the senior-management teams at Citibank/Citigroup to develop and implement a program for new officers. This two-day workshop provides employees with an understanding of the company's vision, mission, strategic business goals, products and services, and operational areas. Received several letters of commendation from senior learning & development executives.

Worked with the senior-management team of an international advertising agency to design employment policies, create a leadership-development process, coach executives, and to implement training for the managerial/supervisory staff in the United States.

Designed and facilitated a strategic-planning meeting for a large retail operation. Provided executive coaching/consulting services to the CEO and Director of HR.

Worked with the CTO, HR team, and T&D team at Merrill Lynch to provide executive coaching on leadership, business realignment, diversity, culture change, performance management, and strategy.

Revised training materials, managed facilitators, and delivered a process-improvement program for the President, and Director of Quality, at Citi Cards. This program was rolled out to thousands of people in the U.S. and Canada.

Consulted with the Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Oxford University Press to tailor/implement a process to improve the management team's ability to manage and evaluate performance.

Provided consulting services and training to BOC Edwards' senior-management team (in the U.S. and the U.K.) on leadership transformation, culture change, and the assimilation of newly acquired companies. Customized a management-development program, which is a cornerstone of BOC Edward's performance-management process.

Developed a mentoring process for new vice presidents at a leading investment bank and brokerage firm.

Served as a consultant/project manager for Duracell on initiatives such as leadership transformation, culture change, management development, and quality improvement. Reported directly to the International V.P. of Training & Development, and his team, on these initiatives.

Developed and facilitated coaching, leadership, quality, and management-development programs for GM's Corporate University.

Managed the consulting staff on a leadership-development project for Deloitte & Touche's Managing Directors and Vice Presidents.

Supported MetLife's CLO, HR Group, and In-House Counsel by serving as consultants, project managers, and facilitators on a culture-change initiative, which was rolled out to thousands of managers in the U.S.

Consulted, planned, trained trainers, and facilitated Salomon Brothers' "Global Support Managers Weekend." Worked directly with the COO, Chief of Staff, and HR team. Received a letter of commendation from the COO.

Provided consulting services to the executive team at Air Cruisers. Designed the curriculum, developed programs, created a 360° feedback process, coached management, and implemented training for a new leadership-development process.

Retained in March of 1997 to plan and coordinate a five-day, offsite leadership meeting for a leading financial services company. Hired by the executive team to manage similar events from July of 1997 to May of 1998 in the U.S. and Europe. Received a letter of commendation from the Executive Vice President.

Provided executive coaching on employment law for MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. and Viacom Inc.

Worked with the Executive V.P. of Training & Development, at an internationally known manufacturing company, to provide consulting services for an executive- strategy conference. Designed three modules for the company's "Leadership Management: Executive Strategies" training program.
